  How to Floss

Start with approximately 18 inches of floss, winding most
of it around your middle finger. Wrap the rest around the
same finger of the other hand.

Use your thumb and forefinger gently work the floss into
the gap between your teeth.

Gently work the floss under the gum line of the tooth
until your experience slight resistance. Remember to work
the floss und the gums on the teeth on either side of the
gap you are in.

Repeat the process from front to back on the top and
bottom teeth, uncoiling the floss from your finger and
taking it up with your other hand.

Rinse thoroughly to remove any plaque or debris.

If you need, ask your dentist or hygienist to demonstrate
the best way to floss.
